Our beloved GQ Tha Teacha is a veteran hip-hop artist, radio promoter, and community pillar in Chicago's underground music scene. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, and raised partially in Belize, he relocated to Chicago in 1992 and became a foundational connector in the city's grassroots hip-hop culture.
